There is a weekly ILD MDT and a monthly cross-site cardiac sarcoid MDT. The Trust service is commissioned as a specialist ILD service by NHSE; we are the only UK adult ILD centre with European Reference Network accreditation. In 2019-20 over 1,000 ILD patients were seen at Hammersmith; all new referrals were seen within the 18 week RTT.
